Problem

Some people in the area assume that the Detroit Movement festival is all about weird music, drugs and a very strange lifestyle.

Solution

Show people that the Movement festival is about the city of Detroit, it’s musical heritage, and togetherness.

Opportunity

Bring more Detroit residents in, reverse the stigma for the festival, more money and sponsors for the festival and Detroit.

Big Idea

The Movement festival shows another unique and beautiful side of Detroit and its people.

Digital Billboard that transitions and plays festival music as people walk by.

Animated digital kiosk that contains a QR code for the Movement Festival AR interface, where you can sample festival music and purchase tickets.

The AR interface turns Downtown Detroit into Techno City. Here, the city comes to life, moving with the music.
